Work pressure has an important impact on the physical and mental health,quality of life and work efficiency of employees.In this regard,the improvement of staff work pressure,is the important aspect of enterprise social work.From the existing research point of view,the social work intervention on the staff work pressure mainly focused on the micro level for specific individuals to carry out.This study is based on the professional internship experience during the B business and the diagnosis of the case.It is found that the alienation of interpersonal relationships leading to the staff's work pressure can not be timely and effective catharsis,which is an important cause of work pressure incentives.The above phenomenon is particularly evident in new recruits and female employees.In this regard,the reconstruction of social support network,to provide effective interpersonal support,can effectively alleviate the staff work pressure,which is the theoretical perspective of this study and the basic theoretical assumptions.In the specific practice design,this study chooses the collective sports athletic activities as an important tool for the social work to interfere with the staff working pressure.The collective sports activities as a group of recreational activities between the social group,can break the real social work and life in the order of identity around the collective sports rules in the activities.It is of great significance to promote the interaction and communication between the participants and enhance the social support network of the participants in the reconstruction of the identity and cooperation division among the participants,with strong equality and interaction.According to the theoretical perspectives and research hypotheses of this study,this has a positive effect on alleviating employee work pressure.Accordingly,this study designed the relevant practice program,with new employees and female employees as the object of practice,attracting a total of 316 employees.After the end of the practice program,this study measured the work pressure of the participating employees and selected the employees who did not participate as a control group.The results show that the social work of the enterprise choosing the collective sports athletic activities as the intervention means,has the remarkable effect in alleviating the staff work pressure,the practical plan hasachieved the positive effect.The result also shows that the reconstruction of social support network of employees and the enhancement of their social capital are the important channels for employees to face self-pressure in working pressure.This is also the theoretical response and attention of this research.According to the result of practice program,we can see that social work in enterprise is en effective method of alleviating the pressure of the employees,refactoring employee's social network and promoting the internal integration of enterprises.However,on the basis of the current situation of Chinese enterprises,problems such as the poor initiative,the lack of professional talents,ambiguity of power and duties,and the lack of coupling effects with corporate social responsibility and company Brand are hindering the development of social work in enterprise.
