It is with this thought, this article from the angle of the multi-dimensional and multi-level to analysis the primary and secondary school teachers’ performance in the project. Research mainly analyzes the Posting behavior of their in the training, For posting behavior is an important kind of network learning behavior, So considering the complexity of network learning behavior, research from two aspects of horizontal and vertical to analysis the post behavior of primary and secondary school’s teacher. On the horizontal, research from the engagement, self-efficacy, cognition, interaction and social interaction dimensions to analysis the primary and secondary school teachers’ discussion-based learning situation about Internet posting. On the vertical, Research analysis the relationship between the primary and secondary school teacher’s network Posting behavior and the time. Research mainly use the content analysis, literature study and questionnaire investigation. The research from the engagement, cognition, interaction and social interaction dimension to analysis the data which finds by the learning analysis technology. for the analysis of the primary and secondary school teachers self-efficacy, the data from questionnaire survey.Through the analysis of primary and secondary school teachers’ post behavior, we found the following problems:(1) the degree of the primary and secondary school teachers’ participation is very low;(2) the primary and secondary school teachers on the number of posts is bigger than reply link-rich gap;(3) the primary and secondary school teachers published post more social dimensions;(4) the degree of the primary and secondary school teachers’ interact is very low;(5) the scope time of primary and secondary school teachers’ discuss has nothing to do with the activity to discuss start-stop time;(6) primary and secondary school teachers have interactive peak on each learning stage;(7) learners of primary and secondary school teachers mainly are in shallow learning;(8) learners of primary and secondary school teachers face the difficulties of applying knowledge to practice.(9) Primary and secondary school teachers lack of technology teaching material. In order to solve the all of problems, we put forward proposal from learners, training service provider, schools, government, etc, put forward the proposal:(1) improve the learners’ learning motivation.(2) make good use of the third party communication tools to strengthen the peer interaction.(3) make good use of interactive peak, and guide good interaction occurs.(4) cultivate learners’ advanced thinking ability to promote deep learning.(5) perfect the incentive mechanism through various efforts.(6) combining the reality of school, promote the teachers to carry out the deep learning.(7) provide teaching resources to the countryside. |
