At present, the study about national school teachers mainly focused on the relationship between teachers’ development and curriculum reform, professional development, role consciousness and so on, but less attention to the national school teachers’ individual’s survival and life situation was paid. SuXue, a woman teacher in a national middle school of GuangXi, whose educational life was regarded as research object. This study takes the narrative research as the main research method, absorbing the excellent narrative way from the existing research results, and combines the two new narrative method of "space narrative" and "polyphony narrative ". The study about SuXue’s educational life is narrated, explained from her education dream, education ideas, education art, education results, education personality, education management, the family education and the like. Her life philosophy can be summed up as "love, beauty, truth and force" on the basis of understanding and recording her personal life and professional growth so as to make deeper interpretation for her educational life. This study intends to focus and make a research on the national middle school teacher’s educational life from a comprehensive angle, and to present her abundant life experience, so as to indicate the deep education concerns and thick life care of education research.
