The law does not favor the noble,as an ink line does not yield to the crooked wood.Education is the great cause of cultivating people.In the new era,we should pay attention to fair and quality education.However,it is not a day ’s work to realize the fairness of basic education.As the foundation of education and the source of education,teachers should establish the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,and pay equal attention to children in daily education and teaching.This study regards teachers ’ attention as a dynamic development process.Through narrative,we can deeply understand the story of teachers ’ attention,understand the fairness of teachers ’ attention,observe children ’s fairness feelings,and explore the essence of teachers ’attention.The research shows that there is unfairness in teachers ’attention to children.The consequences of unfairness are that children change from eager to teachers ’ attention to escaping from teachers ’attention,from ’ I and you ’ teacher-child relationship to ’ I and him ’relationship,and from complementary communication to object communication.Teachers ’ attention presents two forms : task-based attention and developmental attention.Task-based attention shows superficiality and instantaneity,while developmental attention is substantive and continuous.Teachers ’ attention is influenced and restricted by three main factors : children ’s ’ background ’,teachers ’ ’ role’ and kindergarten ’s ’ management ’,which also leads to fairness problems.Therefore,Kindergartens should follow the "people-oriented spi rit" to set up a fair system to ensure educational justice.teachers should create a democratic and equal educational environment for children and cultivate a sense of justice;with a sense of fairness,set the right position of education;pay close attention to the needs of young children and practice true care;to improve the relationship between teachers and children,the pursuit of ’ I and you ’ quality relationship between teachers and children;improve the ability to pay attention to education.
