As the backbone of the development of education,teachers' growth and development have been paid much attention to by the society.The research on the professional development of teachers has become a hot topic in the academic field.In the theoretical research is not enough to meet the current situation of the development of teachers,the topic of a high school Chinese language teachers in the educational life of narrative research,based on the key events that occur in the process of personal growth,exploring the factors that influence their professional growth and the ways to promote their growth can provide examples for teachers study.In order to avoid the sacred narrative and ideal,the research object of the research is a common line of thirty years of teaching experience of middle school Chinese teachers,who has fully embodies the many front-line teachers,with “ordinary but extraordinary experience”,and more likely to resonate with the reader.The author through the study of the work of the school to observe,listen to lectures,interviews,reading the teaching log and other ways to collect first-hand information,and organized into educational life events,to be presented in the form of narrative story,and then explore the elements of its growth,in order to provide a reference for people concerned about the development of teachers.This study consists of four parts: the first part mainly introduces the research background,through summarizing the relevant literature research,find the unique perspective of this research,puts forward the research purpose,significance,research object and the rationality of choosing.The second part mainly through the narrative way,vivid and detailed reproduction of the object of education life critical events,and joined the researcher's own emotional experience.The third part mainly from the professional growth stage,the growth path and the influence factors of the three aspects.The last part focuses on the general revelation of the growth story of the researcher to the professional development of teachers.
