With the rapid development of international education,teacher professionalization has become the focus of the education sector.The teacher education in our country has developed for a long time,but the teacher's specialization is late.In recent years,the professional development of teachers in our country is more and more rapid,which has attracted the attention of scholars.Junior high school education stage is the key period for the growth of students,and geography has not been the subject of geography,geography teachers' professional development has become the focus of attention.Geography teachers are the key to the quality of geography education in junior high school.However,there are some problems in the professional development of geography teachers.This study is based on literature research,selection of teacher professional development in the individual,using the method of narrative research in education,based on the acquisition of a large number of first-hand data,summarize the description and detailed analysis of the status of a junior high school geography teacher professional development,and strive to show the development of a the real name of geography teachers,in order to help the other reflection on junior high school geography teachers professional growth.This paper mainly from four aspects of the problem,the research design,the professional development of the status quo,the reflection of the recommendations.This paper mainly includes the research background and literature review.This study describes the background of the research from the two aspects of the theory and practice of teacher professional development,which is not only the key to ensure the quality of geography education,but also the cornerstone of the healthy development of junior high school education.But in reality,there are some problems in the professional development of junior high school geography teachers.Followed by the literature review,which mainly includes two parts: one is the study of teacher professional development,the other is the study of educational narrative.Two.Furthermore,this paper introduces the design ideas.The design of the research mainly includes the research method,the choice of the method,the choice of the research object,the research process and the research ethics.In this study,we use the method of educational narrative research to study the current situation of junior middle school geography teachers' professional development.The selection of asuitable age,seniority and education research enthusiasm geography teacher as the research object,the main research methods such as interview,observation,analysis and literature material collection.In the course of the study,it emphasizes the importance of respecting the reality of the story,emphasizing the story of the experience and paying attention to the understanding and construction of meaning.The main body of this paper is a series of stories about the development of geography teachers in junior high school.Focus on W teacher in the teaching,class management,interpersonal communication on the typical example.Although she was middle-aged,but still did not give up the pursuit of the ideal of professional teachers,hoping to get more development and growth.The last part is the reflection and suggestion.First of all,this paper reflects on the theme of the study,including the current situation of teachers' professional development and the factors that influence it.Secondly,the whole research process,including the use of research methods,the researchers in the research process of growth and change,etc..Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the professional development of geography teachers from two aspects of teachers themselves and society.
