| With the deepening of education reform and investment in the country to primary and secondary education, more and more primary and secondary schools focus on training students’ comprehensive quality,the establishment of a variety of extra-curricular interest groups, among them the primary and secondary schools orchestra. This paper mainly from the Dragons Investigation School Symphonic Band and management training and other aspects of the status quo, and give some effective suggestions.The first chapter is a field research for the Dragons School Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble from the basic situation, the training and practice show three field trips, help from several aspects of the Dragons School Symphonic Band there is a deep understanding. The second chapter is the first chapter some problems fieldwork found, mainly in the orchestra formation, management training and research issues in three areas, and give some positive and effective way to resolve. The final chapter is an overall rating for Primary and Middle School Symphonic Band, from students, teachers and discussed the overall performance of the band, to identify shortcomings and resolve.The main text of literature, survey, interviews and other research methods to study and visited students marching band teacher of some of the problems occurring in Primary and Middle School Symphonic Band all aspects of research. Study results solutions through the above problems and sort out a more complete and effective way to manage the organization and correct and reasonable training methods, in order to help regulate more difficult Primary and Middle Management Training Band. |
