For a long time,the party and government attach great importance to students’ the rule of law education.The effect of middle school students’ the rule of law education directly influence the effect of the youth ideological and political education.If the rule of law education does well,teenagers can grow up healthily.Middle school students’ the rule of law education is an important theoretical and practical problem.However,the exploration of this issue is still in its infancy,a lot of problems and deficiencies still need to solve and overcome one by one.Under the guidance of Marxism and its latest theoretical achievements,this paper tries to from the theory and practice,history and reality,such as a number of angles to reveal the existing problems in middle school students’ the rule of law education,and to provide some feasible countermeasures.On the basis of questionnaire survey,the author did a systematic study on the middle school students’ the rule of law education in the aspect of the target,content,current situation,problems,countermeasures and so on.Besides the introduction and conclusion,this paper will be divided into four parts.The first part is mainly to discriminate related concepts,to distinguish the rule of law and the rule of law and point out what is the rule of law education.Then according to the content of the existing teaching material system and the ministry of education related documents identified target and main contents of the rule of law education among middle school students.The second part mainly discusses the history since the founding of the rule of law education of middle school students review and reflection,the author in reform,opening up and the rule of law in 1998 into the middle school classes for two time nodes,analyzes the three stages of the main content and methods of the rule of law education for middle school students to summary the experience and reflection.The third part studies the status of contemporary middle school students’ the rule of law education,from six aspects including the content,object,subject,security,methods and mechanisms to show the achievements of contemporary middle school students’ the rule of law education,as well as existing problems.The fourth part on the basis of front research puts forward the countermeasures of six aspects,including enrich the content of the rule of law education,clear the object of the rule of law education,widen the channel of the rule of law education,perfect the security of the rule of law education,improve the method of the rule of law education,establish and perfect the mechanism of the rule of law education,in order to provide strong guidance for promoting the development of the contemporary middle school students’ the rule of law education.
