gradually and continuously enhance the awareness of rules of young people,and it has also become an important content of the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The cultivation of rule consciousness of junior high school students is in the critical stage of breaking through the rebellious stage.The traditional educational concept of attaching importance to intellectual education and single punishment is not conducive to the cultivation of rule consciousness.The cultivation of rule consciousness can be divided into rules cognition,rules emotion,rules will and other links,which should go through the complete process of mental awareness,recognition,compliance,and finally externalization into normative behavior.School is the key to the junior middle school students cultivate good sense rules,marxism about person’s free and comprehensive development,about the role of ethics,about the relationship between the freedom and democracy,the rule of law theory,especially the xi rules about politics,"QQ",rule consciousness,rule of law education and the practice of socialist core values of important,Constitute the guiding ideology of cultivating junior high school students’ rule consciousness today.The thought of etiquette and law in Chinese traditional culture and the cultivation theory of rule consciousness since modern times are also important theoretical resources.The cultivation of rule consciousness in the teaching material of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school involves many aspects,such as friend communication,teacher and student communication,parents and children getting along,exploring life,managing emotions,collective life,social life,network life,democratic life,rule of law life,political life,facing nature,international communication,etc.Its basic characteristics are based on students’ life,guided by socialist core values,and pay attention to the cultivation of students’ rules and habits.Strengthening the cultivation of junior middle school students’ rule consciousness is conducive to improving the effectiveness of Morality and Rule of Law classroom teaching,cultivating students’ core qualities,building a good school spirit and maintaining a good social order.The survey found that the existing problems in the cultivation of students’ rule consciousness in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school are mainly reflected in the ineffective teaching of teachers’ rule consciousness,the formalism of teaching,the single teaching method,and the neglect of students’ learning situation.From the perspective of students,it is mainly reflected in the deviation of students’ cognition and evaluation of rules,which leads them to deal with things and view problems subjectively,one-sidedly and reversely,unable to understand rules,internalize in mind and externalize in practice,and unable to bear the consequences of violating rules correctly.The reasons are as follows: first,there are some limitations in the quality of teachers’ rule awareness education,including the lack of their own standard awareness and grasp of the content of rule awareness education.Second,it attaches great importance to theoretical education and ignores the practical education of rule consciousness,and the teaching method is relatively single.Thirdly,the evaluation method and subject of rule consciousness teaching are relatively simple.In view of these problems,the middle school Morality and Rule of Law course to cultivate students’ awareness of rules,first of all,we should combine the teaching materials and the actual life of students to carry out rule cognition teaching.It requires us to take the teaching material as the basis,dig deeply,cultivate the students’ consciousness of the rules to abide by consciously;Life as the main line,pay attention to the effectiveness of teaching materials,carry out various forms of practice activities in and out of school,cultivate students’ theoretical awareness of rules.Secondly,we should update the teaching idea and improve the effectiveness of the teaching of rule consciousness.Teachers are required to enhance the purpose of cultivating the awareness of rules,and adhere to the leading principles of student-oriented,value-oriented and goal implementation.Through discussion method,situational teaching method,case teaching method,combined with case teaching means,cultivate students’ awareness of rules through multiple channels;Make use of network teaching resources to improve the effectiveness of cultivating rule consciousness.Finally,it is necessary to perfect the teaching evaluation system of Morality and Rule of Law course in junior middle school from the aspects of establishing multi-angle evaluation mode,adopting diversified evaluation methods,and insisting on the combination of process evaluation and result evaluation,so as to promote the development of students’ rule consciousness. |
