Investigation And Countermeasures Of Rule Of Law Education In Middle School

The rule of law is the objective need of the development of socialist market economy,democracy and the rule of law is an important symbol of national progress,is an important condition for the construction of socialist culture China characteristics,is an important guarantee for national long period of stability.The youth legal education is an important part of China’s socialist legal construction,is an important part of legal education,but also an important basis for the implementation of the strategy of rule by law and rule by virtue.The rule of law education of young people is directly related to the process of ruling the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law.Young people are the future of the motherland,the hope of the nation,the builders and successors of the cause of socialist modernization,shoulder the important task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is of great significance to promote the healthy development of middle school students,promote the construction of the rule of law and the construction of socialist harmonious society.The state pays more and more attention to the rule of law education for young people,and has achieved certain results.The rule of law education in middle school is an important part of the legal education of teenagers.The purpose of this study is the empirical research,to obtain first-hand information,summarize the rule of law school education experience,find the problems,explore the reasons restrict the development of law education in the middle school,and then put forward some suggestions for improvement.Through the survey of some junior middle school in Kunming city,the questionnaire data show that the school rule of law education has achieved certain effect,students can improve their legal knowledge and legal consciousness through the rule of law education.In the actual investigation,it is found that some of the school rule of law education has such problems,based on the systematic analysis of the main factors of the effectiveness of the rule of law education,puts forward countermeasures to further strengthen the effectiveness of the rule of law education in middle school.To strengthen the effectiveness of the rule of law education in middle school,to establish the feasible regulations and implementation rules as legal guarantee,to improve the overall quality of the school rule of law educators,and to cultivate the rule of law concept as the goal of middle school students to improve students’ understanding of the rule of law education.
