Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in the face of the rapid development of economy,science and technology,profound changes of society and socialist basic contradictions in the new era,the general goal of ruling the country according to law become another new situation of the socialist construction of our country.The problem of teenager's Rule of Law Education is an important Link in the process of National Rule of Law,strengthening the rule of law education for senior high school students is conducive to promoting the construction for socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics and achieving the goal of building a socialist country.The Curriculum Standard of ideological and political Science in Senior High School(2017 Edition)regards rule of law consciousness as one of the subject core quality,since then,the rule of law education for senior high school students has entered a new level.As for senior high school students,rule of law education is indispensable.This paper is based on the policy documents related to the rule of law education,the original curriculum standards and teaching materials for ideological and political courses,the 2017 edition of ideological and political curriculum standards for senior high schools.After that,research and collate a great deal of literature related to law education and consciousness of rule of law.In the introduction part,the author introduces the research background and significance of the rule of law education,analysis the domestic and foreign related research,and corresponding describes the research ideas,methods,innovation and deficiency of the research.In the text part,the author mainly through four chapters to carry on the elaboration.Firstly,define and analyse the concept of rule of law,education of rule of law,consciousness of rule of law and subject core quality of senior high school students' Rule of Law consciousness;Secondly,discuss the necessity of the rule of law education in senior high school students.It is the powerful motive force to promote the exploration of school quality education and the internal requirement of breaking through the dilemma of socialist rule of law;Thirdly,bases on the results of questionnaire surveyof high school students in practice schools.It is concluded that the current problems of senior high school students' rule of law education are attributed to four aspects:school,students,family and society.Finally,according to the problem-oriented,this paper puts forward a set of top-down cooperative education strategies from the five dimensions of country:society,school,teacher and family.Witch means,the state guides the rule of law education,the social security rule of law education,the school strengthens the rule of law education,the teacher attaches importance to the rule of law education and the family cooperates with the rule of law education.
