Nowadays, the rapid pace of development of the domestic economy and the era of knowledge economy accelerated, prompting companies to manage increasing demands talent, training the growing market demand, many service personnel have participated in online education, in order to enhance the level of education and knowledge reserves. In the implementation of the national “Modern Distance Education Project”, the formation of open education network and build life-long learning system in the background, online education has become an effective way to enhance the quality of the people, improve education levels, to achieve the desired employment,therefore, the rapid development of online education industry. At the same time, competition is intensifying. How to maintain a competitive edge in the competitive landscape requires scientific and reasonable competitive strategy.In many domestic enterprises began to expand online education services under the background of network competition for students of education, X online education services firm hope that through their own internal and external environment, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the theory of competitive strategy through the use of online education for X service company's competitive strategy research. In this paper, the X Network Education Services Depend on the NPC is the Internet's first completely online universities teaching, theory of competitive strategy through the use of X network services company research.
