Since twentieth century,the sports curriculum has experienced several reforms,always in the school sports gymnastics curriculum plays an important role.The implementation of 2001 "sports and healthy curriculum standard",the provisions of the gymnastics horizontal bar,parallel bars,and other content,and previous syllabus and no content.It means independent design of physical education curriculum content-s of physical education teachers and school.But because of gymnastics has certain risk and technology of,sports teacher to student's movement development grasp allow-ed school in order to reduce the accident of teaching,limit the development of gymnastics teaching,resulting in lower rate of current gymnastics course commencem ent,gradually fade out of school sports.But gymnastics contains motor skills of various kinds of basic movement elements,not only conducive to the promotion of the development of human action,and other sports project based learning.In this context,choice of gymnastics course content as the research object.Taking Guangzhou city junior high school physical education teachers and junior high school students as the investigation object,research on junior middle school gymnastics course content selection and organization,learning of junior middle school students is dedicated to provide you with a complete set of gymnastics course content system,for physical education teachers to provide reference for the selection of teaching content,to help students learn better,and teachers teach better.This article uses the literature material method,interview method,observation method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,investigation and analysis of Guangzhou junior middle school gymnastics curriculum of the statusquo of the current gymnastics for the reason and difficulty,junior high school students on the degree of like gymnastics and so on.In combination with the relevant provisions of gymnastics course objective and its consolidation and the urgency of the current social demand choice of the gymnastics course content.Gymnastics are analyzed based on the related theory of the course,how to organize the course content is optimized,the most reasonable,most can achieve the desired gymnastics course objectives and learning effect effectively.Comprehensive sports physiology,motor development theory system of junior middle school gymnastics course content is constructed,in order to guarantee the effective implementation of the gymnastics course,made the evaluation standard,teaching Suggestions and proposals for reference.Finally draw the conclusion:first,the current status of gymnastics to open is not very good,and the teachers and students have certain demand of gymnastics course content,points out the necessity of junior middle school gymnastics curriculum content system construction.Second,the junior middle school gymnastics course content choice and determine in Guangzhou.Third,according to the relevant principles and human action development of physical education curriculum theory,the organization and arrangement of the junior middle school gymnastics curriculum content system.Fourth,80%of junior high school physical education teachers think Guangzhou gymnastics course content is suitable for junior middle school students learning level.
