| Gymnastics activity is a comprehensive activity,involving sports,intellectual education,moral education,aesthetic education and other aspects.Basic gymnastics activities,on the basis of reflecting the kindergarten local characteristics and campus culture,can develop children’s physical fitness,improve children’s physical quality,and is conducive to cultivating children’s attention,observation,memory,imagination,and promote social development.Therefore,the basic gymnastics activities is one of the effective forms to promote children’s all-round development.This study mainly uses literature analysis method,observation method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,and mainly investigates the creation and implementation of basic gymnastics in kindergarten.The survey results are as follows:In the basic gymnastics creation: first,kindergarten teachers accounted for 60%,is the main force of gymnastics creation,and most of the teachers choose to adapt the existing gymnastics works;some hire off-school sports(dance)teachers as the main body,only a few kindergartens will invite gymnastics experts or art experts to participate in the creation.Secondly,the basis of the creation is unique.Each kindergarten follows a certain basis but focuses on different aspects,which is always within the guidance scope of the documents and policies issued by the state.The main purpose of creation is to meet the needs of teaching,performance needs,cope with inspection,etc.,children’s interest needs have not received enough attention.Third,the content of the creation mainly includes action,theme,garden-based culture,music,skills and other components,reflecting the selection of content,according to local conditions,select the best,showing a situation of a hundred flowers blooming.In terms of basic gymnastics implementation: at the present stage of the gymnastics activities,the kindergarten follows various guidelines,enhancing physical fitness,developing sports ability,cultivating interest in gymnastics,and making children master basic gymnastics skills in the process,with the goal of intellectual education and aesthetic education.The implementation of basic gymnastics is mainly about formation practice,freehand gymnastics and light equipment gymnastics.The interaction between teachers and students shows that most teachers are basically competent for gymnastics teaching,but there are still poor professional teachers,and children play poor initiative in the interaction.In terms of site and facilities,most of the kindergartens in Hohhot basically meet the requirements,but there are still some problems and difficult transformation;the teaching method is good,teachers can combine the physical and mental characteristics of children,various methods and traditional and modern methods.According to the survey of effect evaluation,most teachers mainly evaluate the results of gymnastics,less than a third of the teachers will continue to pay attention to children’s learning process;the evaluation is mainly teachers,making children’s self-evaluation or mutual evaluation,less than teachers from top to bottom.Through the analysis of the survey data,the current problems in the creation and implementation of gymnastics activities: the lack of human resources involved in the creation;the lack of attention to children’s interest and needs;the balance of the creation elements;children participate less or not.In the implementation process,there are single and unsystematic target construction;popular content selection,poor teachers’ professionalism,rigid activity organization methods,and unified evaluation mode.On the basis of presenting the current situation and problems,the principal component analysis method was adopted,and 7principal components were obtained,respectively named as creation factors,practice factors,teacher factors,children factors,organization and management factors,material conditions factors and social support factors,and these influencing factors were explained and analyzed.At the end of the study,the sustainable development strategy of basic gymnastics is proposed: construct the system,enhance the interaction between teachers and students,improve the teaching conditions and optimize resource allocation;establish and improve the diversified evaluation mechanism with encouraging function. |
