Healthy interpersonal relationship is an important guarantee for the development of physical and mental health of college students.It contributes to college students establish correct values,and standardize their behaviors.Helping college students to establish favorable interpersonal relations will be a new method for psychological education to put a positive effect on the ideological and political education.Based on the interpretation of students’ related interpersonal relationship theory andthe research of attribution theories,this passage takes “Results-AttributionEmotional experience-Behavior choice” as the analysis path and analyze the certain impact on college students’ interpersonal relationship from the angle of attributional pattern and attributional bias.Constructingfavorable relationships includes the following aspects: set a reasonable and scientific curriculum to enrich the knowledge of interpersonal communication;reduce attribution bias to guide the correct attribution;do attribution training to form the positive attribution mode;strengthen humanistic care,optimize educational environment;adhere to the success of incentives and enhance self-confidence and sense of responsibility of students.So that students build harmony,harmonious good interpersonal skills.Enable college students to build a harmonious and favorable interpersonal relationship.
