The Research Of College Students' Harmonious Interpersonal Cultivation From The Perspective Of Ideological And Polotical Education

Interpersonal relationship plays an important role in the growth and development of individuals.Harmonious interpersonal relationship is not only helpful to the physical and mental health of college students,but also is the key factor to boost their healthy growth.However,in the current university campus,students' interpersonal status quo is not optimistic,improving relationships become a serious problem.Therefore,before the college students towards the society,studying the situation and interpersonal problems,we are committed to developing its formation and harmonious interpersonal relationships which is particularly necessary.Ideological and political education treats college students' comprehensive development as the goal,shoulder the important task with "what people to culture" and "how to train people".Ideological and political education should include the construction of college students' harmonious interpersonal relationship,and consciously to undertake the important task of cultivating college students' harmonious interpersonal relationship.This paper takes W university students as the research object,through the questionnaire survey,analyzes the status quo of college students' interpersonal relationships' problems and causes,put forward a method guidance with Marxist theory of sociology for scientific understanding of human relationships,elaborating students' harmonious interpersonal relationships should be an important part of the ideological and political education.In the full text of the ideological and political education field of vision,respectively the ideological and political workers andcollege students to provide guidance and principles of conduct,and then from a focus on mental health of college students,for its five contact relationship,the difference between the guide communicative behavior,improve communication skills,master the art of communication,four optimizing communication environment and create a harmonious interpersonal atmosphere on campus.We are committed to helping students to establish a correct interpersonal values for helping guide students to enjoy a happy time at university,to achieve the comprehensive development of the individual,so as to lay the foundation for community college students go smoothly,which has a certain effect and important reference value for constructing the relationship of college students in the new period.
