Study On The Way To Resolve The Barrier Of Interpersonal Communication Among Contemporary College Students

The reason why the barrier of interpersonal communication among contemporary college students can not be resolved universally and effectively is that the lack of theoretical in-depth research and active exploration in practice are the main reasons for this.For this reason,this dissertation mainly elaborates the optimization and perfection of the interpersonal barriers of contemporary college students in the way of resolving.Based on the clarification of the reason and significance of the topic and the interpretation of related concepts in the thesis,The new situation appearing on the barriers of communication,and then summed up the three aspects of the ways of resolving the problems such as the misunderstandings,weak adaptability and lack of timeliness,and analyzed the reasons for the existence of these problems.In the light of the existing problems and reasons,this dissertation makes a deep theoretical study.First of all,it points out the basic requirements for resolving the obstacles in interpersonal communication in the inner quality,ideological and moral qualities,and the ability of communication.After that,it uses two related theories to analyze: Is the use of attribution theory to eliminate barriers to interpersonal misconduct on the misconduct,and second,the implementation of empowerment intervention to improve the effectiveness of interpersonal barriers to resolve the way to achieve symptomatic debugging to resolve the way and ways to expand.According to the basic principles of theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to optimize the ways to resolve the interpersonal barriers of contemporary college students: to advocate that correct interpersonal cognition education is the dominant mode of solving the problems,pay attention to the deviation of communication cognition;To improve the ability to practice practical training to focus on ways to resolve,emphasizing the use of scientific methods of psychological adjustment;to create a good communication environment to resolve the mode of necessity,to establish a harmonious campus atmosphere and increase the diversification of communication channels,Subtly cultivate the mentality of sunshine,so that contemporary college students interpersonal barriers have been effectively resolved.
