Popularization of higher education in the process of growing enrollments in colleges and universities, institutions of higher learning management became more complicated. Line managers engaged in the work of the grassroots of the work load is getting heavier and heavier, the pressure faced by the increase. In particular, universities with the personnel distribution system reform, the grassroots administrative personnel qualifications degree upgrading, promotion and job titles of the difficulties of work and family life conflicts, the heavy pressure markedly effective, state of survival is not optimistic. Such a state of survival have been affected their work enthusiasm and good health. This will affect the quality of the management, the level and effectiveness will ultimately affect the quality of personnel training improved. However, the theory of high-level researchers and university administrators are concerned about this issue was not enough. From the present study, few academics on college survival grassroots administrative staff conduct more systematic theoretical research, a lack of a more systematic empirical investigation.Based on the right of a university administrative staff in grassroots work, living, learning, health aspects of the survey and interviews, relying on survey data and the analysis of typical cases, revealed at the grassroots of the state of survival. According to the survey findings, the current administrative staff of the University grassroots state of survival is not good enough, they generally feel that the work load, the pressure too great. Upgrading degree in education, higher education, the development of forcing them to accept continuing education, to upgrade their qualifications and graduate levels to meet the modern needs of professional management.Busy work letting it difficult for them to reconcile work and learning between the contradictions, they feel very anxious. In their daily lives, their income situation not ideal, a large part of the people are not satisfied with housing, buyers faced tremendous pressure. With regard to health, because all the pressure makes the administrative staff of primary health conditions should not be optimistic, many people in the physical state of subhealth. From the survey results, these problems have resulted from various reasons, including the management of the schools, grassroots administrative staff itself.In order to improve the grassroots of the state of survival, according to the base this not an ideal state of survival causes, from the grassroots administrative staff of two individuals and dimensions to the corresponding strategy. Executives from the grassroots individuals, the right to self-awareness to themselves and a reasonable location; To strengthen the study, improve their overall quality and service levels, meet job requirements; Time to strengthen the management of complicated affairs liberation; Learn to release through a variety of channels the pressure, for example, sports training, learning and human exchanges, and so on.
