As is known to all,public security organs of the people’s police is a glorious career,behind the light,the group of peace "the most lovely man" under tremendous professional pressure.Highway police is part of the public security organs of the people’s police force,they have professional pressure in common with the other police,but because the job is different,the police career also have difference in the pressure at a high speed.High-speed police charged with ensuring highway peace and clear responsibilities,occupational stress of this kind of crowd and traffic management are closely related,as the growth of the expressway opened to traffic time and increasing traffic mileage of highway police force from young expanded gradually,have appeared because of the occupational stress,the causes of reduced work efficiency,thus affected the high-speed traffic work smoothly.To understand and master the occupational stress of H province highway police,reasonable guide high-speed police release the pressure,based on the research on the basis of previous literature,access to high-speed police forces H province police discussion and questionnaire,to carry out the occupational stress,and to explore the occupational stress source to analyze the occupational stress source structure.Through analysis,it is concluded that H province highway police occupational stress mainly comes from the policing work,organization and management,social environment,personal development,from five aspects,such as family life of policing work pressure is the occupational stress of the pawns and police generally reflect their working pressure,complete the relevant work index of demanding and high,needs to play a lot of effort.In order to alleviate the H province highway police career pressure,this paper puts forward five countermeasures and Suggestions: one is the rational allocation of police force,standard daily management work;The second is to strengthen positive publicity,increase the social from all walks of life to understand;Three is to strengthen training guidance,training stress response capacity;Four is to set up professional belief,clear work life goals;Five is to carry out the CongYouDaiJing,strengthen the police professional sense of honor.I hope this article can make recommendations for high-speed police human resources management work.
