Study Of Occupational Stress Source Structure And Decompression Countermeasures For The Staff Of Yingkou Committee Of Supervisory

The Committee of Supervisory is a newly formed department of the state’s supervisory system reform.It is responsible for the supervision of public officials of all forms of public power and shoulders the heavy responsibility of the fight against corruption.With the zero tolerance of the state and the people on corruption,the tasks faced by the staff of the Committee of Supervisory have become more and more arduous,and occupational pressures have become stronger and stronger.If the occupational pressure faced by the supervisory staff is not well handled and mitigated,it will have a great impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of the supervisory committee and affect the anti-corruption work of the country.Therefore,effective understanding of the occupational stress status and occupational stressors of the supervisory committee staff,and targeted relief and guidance of occupational stressors and occupational pressures have an important role in promoting the efficiency and effectiveness of the supervision committee.The paper analyzes the occupational pressure and occupational stressors of the staff of Yingkou City Committee of Supervisory through the questionnaire survey method.On this basis,the paper also analyzes the occupational stress source decompression,the current situation of the measures and existing problems of Yingkou Committee of Supervisory,and put forward the improvement strategy of the occupational stressors coping and decompression.Through the research,the results show that the occupational pressure of the staff of Yingkou City Committee of Supervisory is generally at a moderately upper level and there are different occupational pressure differences due to gender and age.The work pressure mainly comes from work tasks and career development.Based on the survey results,the article puts forward the targeted career pressure source response and decompression improvement strategy for the staff of Yingkou City Supervision Committee,mainly from four aspects:improving the work system,improving the management system,improving the ability to withstand pressure and utilizing social impact.
