| The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that China has made major achievements in comprehensively deepening reforms.The reform measures are designed at the top level,and finally implemented at the grassroots level.The grassroots tasks are heavy.All kinds of unnecessary "meetings",supervision and assessment and a lot of transactional work,making "white plus black" and "five plus two" the norm for many grassroots cadres.Many grassroots cadres are unable to switch between work and life roles,are exhausted at work,and lack family care in life.In addition,the dilemmas from the society,promotion,self-cognition and other aspects have adversely affected the physical and mental health of cadres.Being under excessive pressure for a long time not only directly threatens the physical and mental health of grassroots cadres,but also indirectly affects work style,work efficiency,the effect of national policy implementation,the stability of the grassroots cadres team,the relationship between cadres and the masses,the image of the government,etc.In the context of the deepening development of strict party governance,caring for grassroots cadres is not only a major political task of all departments at all levels,but also a embodiment of strict management and care for cadres in the organization.It has become a top priority to care for grassroots cadres,help them cope with negative pressure and relieve negative emotions.This paper uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate and study the occupational pressure of township cadres in B County,A City,Hunan Province.The results of the questionnaire are analyzed by the software SPSS.It is found that the occupational pressure of township cadres in B County is at a medium-to-higher level,and the sources of pressure are mainly economic burden,work-family conflict,Work environment,work itself.Starting from the source of stress,analyze the causes of the source of stress,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for township cadres to reduce pressure from the three levels of society,organization,and individuals. |
