| As the occupation with the most dangerous factors in the peace time,the special nature of the work determines that the police bear higher working pressure than the general population,especially the grass-roots police working in the front line of law enforcement.This paper starts with the research on the psychological stress of the grass-roots police of N city public security bureau,and through the literature review,expounds the related theories of pressure source and its structure,pressure results and response,pressure management and intervention.Taking the grassroots police of N City Public Security Bureau as the investigation object,this paper carries out interviews and questionnaire sampling survey,reveals the current occupational stress problems faced by the grass-roots police of N city public security bureau through empirical analysis,understands and grasps the physical and mental health and job satisfaction of the police in N city,explores the sources of pressure,and puts forward targeted pressure coping strategies.The survey shows that the overall satisfaction of the grass-roots police is general,and the overall health status is fair,but the work pressure has had a certain impact on the physical and mental health of the grass-roots police.The occupational stress sources of grass-roots police mainly come from three levels: individual level,organizational level and social level.There are great differences in the police’s working system,the police’s work system,the police’s professional system and the pressure of their own.The coping strategies of the grass-roots police’s occupational stress are different from those of the ordinary people.They must have certain particularity and pertinence,otherwise it is difficult to get the ideal effect.Based on the results of the analysis,this study discusses how to effectively deal with and relieve occupational pressure,improve individual physical and mental health,job performance and job satisfaction of grassroots police of N city public security bureau from three aspects of individual,organization and social response,and puts forward targeted views and suggestions for grass-roots public security organs to carry out human resource management and major decision-making Management basis. |
