| As a key mechanism is the most professional of the people’s Bank of China,responsible for monetary policy makers and financial market maintenance and the supervisor,bank managers and other important responsibilities,develop a strategic thinking,efficient execution,the comprehensive quality of talents is the key to.The training of civil servants has become the effective way to quickly improve the internal organization of the construction team,at home and abroad has formed a mature human resources training system,this article embarks from the comprehensive management of the people’s Bank of the civil service training perspective,to carry out civil servant training system optimization process.The comprehensive management of the people’s Bank of A class of civil servant training system of survey data and interview record analysis,from 5 aspects of development system,divided into 3 aspects,that is mainly reflected in the imperfect pre training planning,lack of organizational goals,employees demands oriented;mid professor more traditional way,with the classroom teacher-staff attendance,lack of the main exchange;cycle design problem involves training post evaluation and supervision and training mechanism of the latter continued matters.The crux of the reason exists in both subjective and objective factors,subjective mainly in A bank corporate culture,lack of security measures,subject oriented dislocation,objective factors is the imperfect management system,lack of means of training,lack of funds,unreasonable personnel structure in four aspects.Finally,this study successfully used mature modern training theory to A people’s Bank of the actual situation and problems,put forward the comprehensive management of civil servant training system improvement and optimization strategies,including the following aspects:strengthening the training needs analysis process;establish training objectives;improve the training plan;optimization of the implementation of the training process;improve the training evaluation system.The research ideas and the formation of the optimization model,to a certain extent,based on other public sector personnel training to provide guidance and reference. |
