In the context of the current social network and the rapid development of information technology,the network training has been paid more and more attention in the training of civil servants without the limitation of time space,rich resources,personalized learning and easy evaluation.,At the same time,the study of network training performance evaluation is gradually carried out.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the performance evaluation of civil servant network training in Gansu province,this paper takes the "process evaluation" as the guide,draws on and applies the two training performance evaluation models of CIPP and CIRO,according to the evaluation subject,the index system,the assessment method and the process This paper designs four dimensions,and constructs the performance evaluation system of civil servant network training in Gansu province.In particular,four first-level evaluation indexes,15second-level evaluations,63 third-level evaluations are determined by using questionnaire,research index,and expert consultation and so on.There are formed of pyramid system applies to analysis hierarchy process(AHP)and weightiness analysis.Trying to formed from system-wide,all-factor,full of Gansu Province civil servants network training Performance evaluation system.
