| Chinese Young Pioneer is an mass organization founded and led by the Communist Party,regarded to be in a critical position for a for children ideology education in school.Young pioneer counselors,as the backbone of the moral education work and the young pioneer work in school,can get along well with young children just like their friends and meanwhile they also assume responsibility for guiding young children,thus playing an important role in the implementation of quality education for them.It is apparently a huge contrast that our country and scholars have paid much attention to education for young pioneers while most schools choose to ignore it,which has led to the phenomenon that counselors are not clear about their roles,with weak development consciousness but strong utilitarian heart.The problems mentioned above not only affects the formation of the occupational belief of young pioneer counselors,but also seriously hampered the occupation specialization development of young pioneer counselors,which have intensified the negative effect on the development of young pioneers education.The thought and behavior are both dominated by faith,in other words,it is internalized in the heart,performed by the action.To the young pioneers education specifically,acquiring professional knowledge and skills is the foundation of young pioneer counselors work,however,to establish correct occupational belief is the priority among priorities.What is the occupational belief for young pioneer counselors? What does it conclude? And what are the factors affecting the formation of the occupational belief.Based on extensive reading of related literature at home and abroad,this research,starting from is made from the motivation theory,selecting case investigation,takes Miss Yang from S primary school in Chengdu as the research object.This thesis,using the narrative study of qualitative study,takes the counselor Mrs.Yang in S elementary school in Chengdu as the research object and goes deep into the fieldwork site,meanwhile by collecting a large number of materials through interviews,observations,texts.It tries to study the teaching behavior,the young pioneer counselors education behavior,self development behavior and other aspects to figure out and then analyze the connotation of the occupational belief held by Mrs Yang.What’s more,using Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory to analyze and summarize the factors that influence the occupational belief of Mrs Yang.According to the analysis,the thesis illustrates that as for the object of case study,Mrs Yang,her occupational belief is affected by internal factors such as personal experience,personality traits and the desire to realize her dream.A system of self training,external evaluation and school culture(among groups of teachers)and other factors also have an important impact on the formation of the occupational belief.In the last chapter,based on the above analysis of materials,further thinking has been carried out.The author puts forward the corresponding enlightenment from two aspects of internal and external environment for the young pioneer counselors:diversified and systematic training is the premise for young pioneer counselors to set up a appropriate role and establish the occupational belief;providing a reasonable material guarantee and humanistic care contributes to helping strengthen the occupational belief of young pioneer counselors;Then,the deficiencies of the thesis in the writing process are reviewed. |
