Research On The Specialization Of The Young Pioneer Counselor

The key to the quality of education is teacher’s quality. While improving thequality of teacher is a comparatively effective ways to realize the teachers’specialization. As a result, to accerate the process of teacher’s specialization isparticulary necessary. There is a group in the teacher troop—young pioneerscounselor. People often only value the teaching teacher’s specialization, but ignore theprofessional development of young pioneers counselors. Therefore young pioneercounselor is an important backbone of the young pioneers work in the school, theyplay an important role in the development of student and school. At the same time, thework and characteristics of young pioneers counselor is also important. So thecounselor’s professional quality must be improved. Therefore, it is important to studyon the young pioneers counselor’s specialization.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is a basic overview of theyoung pioneers counselor’s specialization, including a brief introduction on the youngpioneers counselor’s professional concepts, and then make a brief analysis on itsnecessity, so we have a basic understanding of the young pioneers counselor’sspecialization; in the second part we will know the situation of young pioneerscounselor by means of the questionnaire of young pioneers counselor onspecialization and interviews, and found that young pioneers counselor specializationhad many problems, such as the young pioneers’ professional awareness is not strong,professional quality is low, tricky task, age structure is too large, greater mobility andso on; the third part talks about the professional status, policy support, the entrycriteria, training system and assessment criteria to analyze reasons of these problems,and it provides a certain reference value for solving the problem; the fourth part putforward to corresponding suggestions aiming at the existing problems of youngpioneers counselors, and this paper holds that first of all to clear the professionalstatus of young pioneers counselor, secondly to regulate the young pioneers counselorappointment system, also improve the corresponding evaluation system, perfecttraining mechanism again counselors and provides the relavant policy support, at lastto hope to construct learning organization of young pioneers counselors.To improve the young pioneers counselor’s specialization level coutinuously,and to promote the counselor’s specialization, it is not only the internal needs of theindividual counselors, it is inevitable means to promote the development of the whole education.The young pioneers counselors specialization which is currently in theevolution and didn’t have once and for all mechanisms and standards to support.Therefore it must constantly adjust and improve the professional level to meet theneeds of the times.
