| In 2019,the Chinese Youth Pioneer ushered in the important historical node of the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the team.The Central Committee successively issued a series of documents and speeches.General Secretary Xi Jinping personally wrote to congratulate "70th Anniversary of the Chinese Young Pioneer.The importance is increasing.The Young Pioneers education plays an important role in the growth of young children in China.The development of the Young Pioneers’ career cannot be separated from the improvement of the professional quality of the Young Pioneer counselors.The professional quality of the Young Pioneer counselors affects the healthy growth of the majority of children.From a practical point of view,the current work of the Young Pioneers still faces a lot of difficulties.The Young Pioneers ’counselors,especially the team counselors,are responsible for this task.They bear important tasks and are under the dual pressure of the Young Pioneers’ reform and development.The professional development of counselors is particularly urgent.It is actually based on the critical thinking about the realistic problem,and the subject in this research is an excellent Young Pioneer Counselor who has been working in the school for 18 years,winning a bunch of honors and having strong professional qualities.An narrative study of the professional development of the Young Pionners’ instructors was adopted in this study.The research is based on the existing research of the Young Pioneers ’counselors,and understands the current status of the research on the Young Pioneers’ counselors.It is known from the literature that the existing Young Pioneers ’research has achieved a lot of results,but the existing research mainly studies the Young Pioneers’ counselors Starting from the two levels of professionalization and professionalization of the Young Pioneers,most of them are theoretical studies at the macro level.Rarely,the professional development of the Young Pioneer’s counselors is extracted as a separate column for research..This research focuses on the professional development stage of teachers to conduct narrative research.A good young pioneer team counselor conducted asix-month follow-up narrative.According to the chronological order of professional development,the young pioneer team counselors’ growth experience during their tenure is shown.Stories,and explore the influencing factors of the Young Pioneer coaches in their professional development in these stories.Based on the professional development narrative of Teacher L,it was found that the professional development of the Young Pioneers’ coaches was affected by their own internal factors as well as external factors.The internal factors include their own self-development consciousness and existing knowledge structure and existing capacity literacy,as well as their own motivation and attitude for the Young Pioneer coaches.External factors include the external environment in which the Young Pioneer coaches are located,the cultural atmosphere around them,and the growing Important others,after analyzing various factors affecting the professional development of the Young Pioneers,put forward some feasible suggestions to promote the professional development of the Young Pioneer coaches from the level of the counselor himself,the school where he is located,and the superior management department.. |
