Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is a new historical orientation for China’s development.The arrival of the new era has put forward new tasks to strengthen the core qualities and capacity building of teachers for education,and also put forward new requirements for the Young Pioneers instructors to promote the professional development of Young Pioneers instructors,and to build young Pioneer coaches with high quality and good business level.Team.The Young Pioneer Counselor,as a direct undertaker of the school’s Young Pioneer work,is also a worker who integrates education,management and service,and is also a mentor and guide for the healthy growth and comprehensive development of the Young Pioneers.In order to better and faster promote the young pioneers to become socialist builders and successors,it is necessary to give full play to the important role of young pioneer counselors,improve the status of young pioneer counselors,and focus on promoting the professional development of young pioneer counselors.Promoting the professional development of the Young Pioneers’ counselors is not only an internal requirement of the Young Pioneers’ counselors,but also an inevitable requirement for ensuring the comprehensive development of the children and young people and promoting the overall development of the Young Pioneers’ work in the new era.This study is based on teacher’ professional development theory,lifelong education theory,humanism theory,and Marxist theory on the comprehensive development of people.It uses literature,questionnaires,and interviews to investigate the professional development of young era young pioneers’ instructors in the primary school Actually,the key point is that there are some problems in the professional development process of the Young Pioneers ’ counselors,such as the unreasonable work arrangement of the Young Pioneers,the irregular evaluation and recruitment of the Young Pioneers’ counselors,the loopholes in the training of the counselors,etc.The lack of professional qualities of the Young Pioneer Counselors and even the lack of them,and attribution analysis of these problems.By analyzing the problems existing in the professional development of the Young Pioneers instructors,it is concluded that the reasons that affect the professional development of the Young Pioneers instructors are: the professional status of the Young Pioneers instructors is not valued,the young Pioneers instructors lack systematic professional standards,and the Young Pioneers instructors lack independent Professional development awareness and ability,as well as the lack of a systematic training system for Young Pioneer instructors.At the end of the article,it proposes countermeasures for the professional development of the young era young pioneers’ counselors from three levels: the country,the school and the individual counselors.From improving school leaders ’attention to Young Pioneers’ work and Young Pioneers ’instructors,changing the professional development concept of Young Pioneers’ instructors in the new era,establishing professional standards for Young Pioneers ’instructors,improving the professional qualities of Young Pioneers’ instructors,doing a good job in the training of Young Pioneers ’instructors,and establishing Young Pioneers’ instructors The professional development community,providing policy guarantees for the professional development of the Young Pioneers instructors,etc.provide advice and suggestions for the professional development of the Young Pioneers instructors in the new era.
