The young pioneers’ counselor is the general director of the work of the school’s young pioneers,who is responsible for organizing and carrying out various activities of the young pioneers,guiding and coordinating the work of the squadron counselors and training the squadron counselors.The professional development level of young pioneer’s counselors is related to the effectiveness of their work.In recent years,the training of young pioneers’ counselor as an important way to promote the professional development of young pioneers’ counselor has attracted more and more attention.In this study,the author combed the research overview and connotation of young pioneer’training through literature research,understood the basic situation and achievements of Chongqing city’s young pioneers’ counselors’ training through interview and observation,found the existing problems,analyzed the causes of the problems,and put forward relevant countermeasures,in order to give some reference Suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the training of young pioneers’ counselors.This study is divided into four parts.The specific ideas are as follows:The first part is the introduction,including the reason of the topic,the significance of the topic,the definition of the core concepts,the research status,the theoretical basis and so on.These are the logical premises of this study.In the second part,the author investigates the current situation of young pioneers’ counselors’ training in Chongqing City.The author selected 18 young pioneers’ counselors in Chongqing City as the main interviewees,and interviewed them from the aspects of training consciousness,training time,training teachers,training content,training form,training assessment and training satisfaction.In addition,The author also interviewed four people from the instructor training department of Chongqing city’s young pioneers’ counselors.In order to further study,the author also participated in four training sessions for young pioneers’ counselors in Chongqing City.Combined with the above information,the author has understood the basic situation of young pioneers’ counselors’ training in Chongqing City,andfurther sums up the achievements of Chongqing young pioneers’ counselors training: the importance of young pioneers’ counselors’ training continues to increase;the training of young pioneers’ counselors is explored;the professional development of young pioneers’ counselors is assisted.Then,the author sums up the existing problems in the training of young pioneers’ counselors in Chongqing City: the training willingness is not strong,the external motivation is prominent;the training frequency is low,the training duration is short;the training teachers are limited,the level is uneven;the training content is scattered,the fit is not high enough;the training form is partial teaching and effective interaction are insufficient;training assessment is unidirectional and the way is not scientific;training satisfaction is general and the effect needs to be improved.In the third part,the author analyzes the problems in the training of young pioneers’ counselors from two aspects: internal and external factors.The internal factors are for the young pioneers’ counselors themselves,such as the conflict of multiple roles and tasks,the weak awareness of professional development,and the shortage of professional development consciousness.External factors refer to other factors that affect the training of young pioneers’ counselors,such as lack of pre-service training,marginalization of young pioneers’ work,imperfect training system,and imperfect training system.The fourth part,on the basis of the previous article,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the training of young pioneers’ counselors from the aspects of training departments such as the Youth Work Committee,young pioneers’ counselors themselves,universities and schools.At the level of training departments such as the youth working committee,we should improve the training system of young pioneers’ counselors and the training system of the young pioneers’ counselors.At their own level,the young pioneers’ counselors should rationally deal with multiple roles,enhance the awareness of professional development,and improve the effect of training transfer.College level:strengthen the pre-job training of young pioneers’ counselors;absorb the in-service young pioneers’ counselors to study.Primary and secondary school level: support young pioneers’ counselors to go out for training;organize and carry out school-based training of young pioneers.
