| At present,the cultivation of labor consciousness of Young Pioneers is becoming neglected,various problems becoming more and more obvious.Therefore,we must strengthen the cultivation of labor consciousness of Young Pioneers,and hope it will arouse the attention of the community to the education of labor consciousness of Young Pioneers,and expect to provide some useful thinking for the cultivation of labor consciousness of Young Pioneers.Based on the view of Marxism on labor,combined with the current quality education idea,elementary education reform and the education of the Young Pioneers organization requirements,this study starts with the definition of labor consciousness and the cultivation of labor consciousness.Through issuing questionnaires to members and parents and interviewing instructors,the current situation of the cultivation of labor consciousness of Young Pioneers in primary school is known and some problems are found and summarized.The main reasons for those problems are discussed.On this basis,some solutions are put forward to strengthen the cultivation of labor consciousness of Young Pioneers in primary school,including updating the training concept,improving the system of labor consciousness training,enriching the carriers of the cultivation of labor consciousness and optimizing the environment of the cultivation of labor consciousness. |
