Abstract/Summary:
Young Pioneers’ labor education is not only one of the basic ways of Young Pioneers’ education,but also an important content of Young Pioneers’ education.Project-based learning,with its characteristics of "teacher-led,student-centered,scenario-based and group-based",has become a hot topic of discussion in education circles today.This study takes the Young Pioneers organization as the basis,designs a case study that can integrate Project-based learning into the Young Pioneers’ labor education,and then applies and tests its effects in order to provide a paradigm for Young Pioneers’ counselors to integrate project-based learning methods into labor education,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating the spirit of labor and improving the labor literacy of Young Pioneers members.This study is divided into six parts.The first and second parts use the literature method to analyze the current situation of domestic and international research on Project-based learning,labor education and Young Pioneers’ education;the core concepts are defined and the theoretical basis of the study is explained.The third part uses questionnaires and interviews to understand and analyze the current situation of Project-based learning in Young Pioneers’ education in Jinan LWSF affiliated elementary school and to draw preliminary conclusions about the feasibility of implementing Project-based learning in the school.The fourth part focuses on the curriculum design of Project-based learning integrated into the Young Pioneers’ education using the documentation method,exploring the curriculum proposal and designing the specific process.The fifth part is a case study based on the objective of "love for the motherland,love for the people,love for labor,love for science,and love for socialism,and strive to grow up to be qualified talents needed for socialist modernization" in the Constitution of the Chinese Young Pioneers(2020 version)and the tasks of "Compulsory Education Labor Curriculum Standards(2022 version)".The project learning method was integrated into the Young Pioneers’ education through the six stages of "project theme selection-project plan development-project activity exploration-project work production-project result presentation-project evaluation and reflection".After the practice,we further analyzed the effectiveness of Project-based learning through questionnaires and interviews.Finally,according to the research results,it can be seen that applying project-based learning to Young Pioneers’ education provides a new curriculum design perspective and practical path for cultivating the labor spirit of Young Pioneers,enhancing their labor literacy,and promoting their overall development.
