| As Asia’s largest modern hub station, Hangzhou East Railway Station has transferred nearly 189 million people, average daily flow of 8.8 million passengers, since its opening in July 2013. In 2014, with the violent terrorist attacks in Kunming Railway Station, Urumqi South Railway Station and Guangzhou Railway Station, railway stations have become a key area of counter-terrorism riot. Therefore, based on the theory of emergency management, it becomes critical to study the current emergency management mechanism of Hangzhou East Hub, in order to improve the public security and emergency management of Hangzhou East Station Hub, to maximize the prevention, and to reduce the possible damage caused by emergencies. Through this research, based on the existing emergency management system, we establish a set of efficient and standardized command system, information-sharing and operational-sensitive prevention system, fast and timely emergency response system, and reliable security system. These systems will improve the emergency response decision-making, resource allocation, and the execution of the government. |
