| In building a socialist country in an all-round way and the second Centennial goal,both outside and inside the country will face major challenges.The new journey of a century cannot be a smooth road.It is bound to encounter many major challenges,risks,obstacles and contradictions.The whole Party must be soberly aware that the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation can never be achieved easily with gongs and drums.There are still various predictable and unpredictable risks and challenges on the way forward.The pressure brought by these challenges will be transmitted to every grass-roots cadre.The tax system is a relatively large organization in government institutions,and the grass-roots tax civil servants are a large number of key teams.The effective operation of the tax system cannot leave the pay and cooperation of grass-roots tax civil servants.The Army of Taxation in the new era and new development must be responsible,conscientious,active and responsible.In the critical period of transformation and upgrading,the pace of building a service-oriented government has been significantly accelerated.The long-term and high load work has sharply increased the work pressure of grass-roots civil servants in the tax system.How to improve work efficiency and service level through effective management has become a top priority.However,if the work pressure of grass-roots tax civil servants is not relieved in time,the work efficiency and service quality will be greatly reduced.Therefore,how to solve the work pressure of grass-roots civil servants in the tax system has certain theoretical value and important practical significance.Through the research on the work pressure of grass-roots tax civil servants in W District tax bureau,this paper uses the method of literature analysis to sort out the research results and classical theories of pressure at home and abroad.Then,aiming at W District tax bureau,this paper deeply analyzes the work pressure of grass-roots tax civil servants in the tax system by using the methods of interview and questionnaire,and puts forward targeted improvement countermeasures.The organizational structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction;The second chapter is the definition of related concepts and theoretical overview;The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of work pressure of grass-roots civil servants in W District tax system;The fourth chapter is the analysis of the work pressure sources of grass-roots civil servants in W District tax system;The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the work pressure of grass-roots civil servants in the tax system;The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.Through the study of W District tax bureau,it is found that grass-roots civil servants face multiple pressures,not only limited to work and economic pressures,but also related to interpersonal and social pressures.From the survey data,most grass-roots tax civil servants lack understanding and attention to work pressure,and do not know how to alleviate it.Therefore,the tax system needs to strengthen the mental health construction of grass-roots tax cadres,so as to provide support for alleviating their work pressure.Secondly,the work pressure of grass-roots civil servants in the tax system can be seen from three aspects: first,social reasons,including social public opinion pressure,social cognitive deviation,family relations and so on;Second,organizational reasons,including the depression of organizational atmosphere,the rigid law enforcement process and accountability system,the formality of performance appraisal,the lack of organizational support for psychological construction and so on;The third is personal reasons,including insufficient personal ability and professional level,individual cognitive bias towards stress,and lack of exercise and physical and mental health management at ordinary times.In order to promote the efficient work of grass-roots civil servants in the tax system,it is very important to alleviate their work pressure.Therefore,the work pressure of grass-roots civil servants in the tax system can be optimized from three levels: first,at the social level,appropriately publicize the tax collection and management work,take the initiative to establish a good collection and payment relationship,and actively create a harmonious and stable family relationship;The second is the organizational level,including building a supportive organizational culture,subdividing job responsibilities,fair and equitable assessment,and establishing and improving the mental health mechanism;Third,at the individual level,establish a good individual cognitive framework,cultivate strong individual psychological toughness,and cultivate positive individual interests and hobbies. |
