Academic self-efficacy is the application of self-efficacy theory in academic aspects,and is an individual assessment of their academic behavior and academic ability.Because of academic pressure,students have a low academic self-efficacy in campus life.The mobile phone is an important aspect of the amateur life of junior high school and has a close relationship with the sense of academic self-efficacy.The purpose of this study is to predict the level of mobile phone dependence by measuring academic self-efficacy,and to reduce junior middle school students' mobile phone dependence level by intervening their academic self-efficacy,which is helpful for the formation of good campus learning atmosphere.This study includes two stages.The first stage was a questionnaire survey to examine the level of academic self-efficacy and the level of mobile phone dependence of junior middle school students.600 junior middle school students in Shijiazhuang School of Foreign Languages were tested,the relationship between academic self-efficacy and mobile phone dependence was analyzed.The second stage is based on the average score of the academic self-efficacy score,and the top 15% of the students are the high academic self-efficacy group,and the latter 15% are the low academic self-efficacy group.Then by random sampling,the selected subjects were divided into two groups,26 in the experimental group and 26 in the control group.Then the experimental group was intervened,and 7 group coaching were carried out,and no intervention was applied to the control group.The content of group counseling in the experimental group mainly focused on the academic self-efficacy.After the intervention,the two groups of subjects were tested for academic self-efficacy and mobile phone dependence level,and the data of the two groups before and after the test were analyzed statistically.The results of the first study showed that: junior high school students' academic self-efficacy level is in medium,female academic behavior was significantly higher than male students;only child's academic self-efficacy level was significantly higherthan the non only child;student cadre's academic ability was significantly higher than non student leaders.There was a significant negative correlation between the academic self-efficacy and the level of cell phone dependence,and the academic and academic behavior had a significant predictive effect on the level of cell phone dependence.The results of the second research showed that: the dependence of academic self-efficacy and mobile phone dependence between the experimental group and the control group has no significant difference,and a significant difference in self-efficacy and dependence on mobile phone before and after the test;the control group in the sense of academic self-efficacy and the dependence on mobile phone before and after the test the difference is not significant;the post test scores of academic self-efficacy and mobile phone dependent between the experimental group and the control group were significantly different.The research shows that there is a significant negative correlation between academic self-efficacy and mobile phone dependence level of junior middle school students.Intervention through group counseling on junior middle school students' academic self-efficacy can effectively reduce the level of mobile phone dependence.
