Research objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of reality therapy group intervention on mobile phone of middle school students and the sense of loneliness,interpersonal relationship and mobile phone dependence,and tries to reveal the possibility and approach on middle school students' improvement of the mobile phone in group activities,so as to help the improvement of the status of mobile phone dependency,reduce loneliness,improve interpersonal relationship the purpose,and provides a new reference for mental health education in schools.Research method: In Nanchang Hongdu middle school,633 students of the first and second grade were randomly selected to release Mobile phone Dependence Index Questionnaire,Loneliness Questionnaire and Interpersonal Comprehensive Diagnost ic Questionnaire,the data were compared to analysis the relationship of loneliness,interpersonal relationship and mobile phone dependence.45 mobile phone addicts were randomly divided into 3 groups(intervention reality therapy group,general intervent io n group,intervention group)group counseling intervention after the posttest,and delayed again three months later after the test,through the analysis of variance and multip le comparisons verify the reality therapy on middle school students rely on mobile phone the intervention effect and delay effect.Research results:(1)There were significant differences in the scores of loneliness and interpersonal relationship between the mobile phone users and the non mobile phone users(p<0.05).(2)After the test,the reality therapy intervention group,intervention group and non intervention group in general in the mobile phone dependence total and four sub dimensions,the feeling of loneliness,there are signific a nt differences in the total score of interpersonal relationship and its sub dimens io ns(p<0.01);reality therapy intervention group respectively with general intervent io n group,intervention group was not significant the differences in various dimens io ns(p<0.01).(3)In the delayed posttest,there was significant difference between the three groups in the total score of mobile phone dependence and its four sub dimens io ns(p<0.05)Research conclusion:(1)The mobile phone dependence of Hongdu school students on the whole is at a low level,but there is a certain proportion of the mobile phone dependence,the detection rate was 7.6%,the harm to the mobile phone dependence of junior high school students can not be ignored.(2)There is no signific a nt difference in the gender dependence of middle school students' mobile phone dependence,but there are significant differences in the grade: mobile phone dependence level of the first grade is higher than the second grade.(3)Mobile phone dependence will affect the middle school students' loneliness and interpersona l relationship,loneliness levels of mobile phone addicts is higher than non-mobile phone addicts.Non-mobile phone addicts can have more harmonious interpersona l relationship.Improve the middle school students' mobile phone dependence can reduce the loneliness,enhance their interpersonal relationship.(4)The reality therapy group counseling on the better intervention effect of middle school students in general rely on mobile phone mobile phone rely on group counseling,and the delay effect is better,namely: the reality therapy group intervention group > normal intervent ion group > no intervention group,which is a new approach to improve the junior middle school students rely on mobile phone.
