The "internet +" is not only a national strategy,but also the reality of economic and social development.The implementation of the "internet +" strategy has led to the change of social.New forms of business activities and business management,as well as the characteristics of consumer behaviors,emerge constantly.Faced with the new feature of “internet +” environment,the cultural &creative enterprises must persist in successive innovation.Business model is the core of the enterprise.And the innovation of the enterprise is the innovation of the business model in essence.Therefore,this thesis studies the business model innovation of the enterprise under the “internet+” environment.This thesis mainly adopts two methods--the system analysis method and the case analysis method.Through combing composition of business model and summarizing the definition of the business model,this thesis puts forward a business model of cultural & creative enterprise with values as the core by analyzing the four dimensions,namely value proposition,value creation,value delivery and value realization,and eight elements,namely the target customers,the value of the contents,resources and ability,key business,profit model,financial model,construction model value network and marketing mode.This thesis give a detailed analysis of the development of “ internet +” and the characteristics of " internet + " based on the four dimensions.Then,the thesis puts forward the idea of constructing business model of cultural & creative enterprise under the “internet + “environment from three aspects,and analyzes it with specific cases.Through the research,it is found that the research on the business model is converging to the value proposition,value creation,value transmission and value realization,in terms of the core business logic portrayed by the business model,which provides a basis for the construction of the four dimensions business model of the culture & creative enterprise.The characteristics of "internet + " that cross-border integration,connecting everything,open ecological has the full range and systematic impact on the business model of the culture & creative enterprise from the four dimensions.The original four dimensions mingle with one another.Therefore,the business model of cultural & creative enterprise under the “Internet+” environment should be systematic,and be built in the form of value network.The innovation of the cultural & creative enterprise model can be achieved by creating a "super IP(intellectual property)" in value core layer and opening value network to realize the synergy value add in value network layer and optimizing the network environment in external ecological layer. |
