A Report On The Interpreting Project Of 2016 China Tour Of South Czech Philharmonic

Nowadays,rapid globalization and frequent international exchanges as well as communication in all aspects continuously promote the development of translation industry,which is a significant medium.With the increasing demand of translation market,a wide range of universities speed up to cultivate translation talents.As an English interpreting student of Hebei Normal University,the author gained precious interpreting practice from Joytitan Cultural and Art Ltd for nineteen days.The author recorded and summarized the interpreting practice of 2016 China tour of South Czech Philharmonic,and then completed this interpreting practice report.This report consists of four parts: the first part introduces the interpretation project,including the background of interpreting task and clients’ requirements;the second part describes the interpretation process,including the preparation before interpretation,interpretation project implementation and items after interpretation;the third part analyzes interpretation cases,including professional music and stage terms and emergency treatments;the fourth part summarizes the interpretation practice,including the significance of preparation before interpretation,interpretation implement notices and the summary after interpretation.This interpreting practice report not only elaborates the whole interpretation activities in details,but also analyzes and summarizes the interpretation project.The author hopes to gain new understanding and inspiration of interpretation work,and accumulates interpretation experience,which can pave the way for author’s future study and career.
