With the fast development of globalization, cultural industry communication becomes increasingly frequent among countries. While as the essential language bridge, interpreting activities have made a great contribution to the international communication. There are various kinds of interpreting, and one of the most widely involved and commonly used is liaison interpreting. It contains many aspects of daily reception. With the wide range of subjects, flexibility in form and unpredictability of translation situation, liaison interpreting has a relatively strict requirement for interpreters both in cultural quality and random response capability. Chapter Two describes the interpretation process, including task preparation, task implementation under specific condition and emergencies happened during the task. Chapter Three is the main part of this report, mainly about the possible solutions to representative case problems during the interpreting process, such as listening and speaking obstacles, idiom translating, lack or excess of information and the interpreter role-playing by using related theories. Chapter Four is a conclusion of what the author gained during the interpreting process as well as some prospects for future translation work.
