Strategies For Teaching Thai And Chinese "Color Teems"

Vocabulary is the fundamental in any languages.Learning and understanding of vocabulary is compulsory in learning languages.Color is considered as one of the components in everyday life that seems to appear to all of us most.It is something that human knows and understand.Therefore,vocabulary of colors is a basic language that we all use most often.For Thai students,Chinese is considered as a second language since both languages are different.The meanings in terms of Chinese culture is also different.This shows that the expansion of the meanings and its usage is different.Students who learn colors in Chinese normally do not understand and often misuse.In order for Thai students to clearly understand the components in using colors both in Thai and Chinese Teaching Thai students with colors in Chinese can be divided into 2 teaching strategies.That is to teach students or having students learn by themselves.These 2 strategies helps Thai student learn colors in Chinese,as well as to increase the understanding and knowledge of colors and its usage.The main objective of my thesis is to compare the definition of culture both Thai and Chinese language “Yellow (?) ? Red (?)? Green (?)?Blue (?)?White (?)? Grey (?)? Black (?)?Pink (?) " The scope is to continuously research the comparison and ways to teach which are divided into 4 parts.Part I: Comparing the usage of colors “vocabulary,grammar,meaning of the words and word usage” in both Thai and ChinesePart II: Comparing the cultural differences in using the colors,both Thai and Chinese,and analyzing the difference in the definition of culture.“Yellow (?) ?Red (?)? "Part III: Strategy and burden points of teaching how to use colors,both Thai and ChinesePart IV : Analyzing colors in Chinese by conducting research among students,keyword,color words both Thai and Chinese,research on color comparison,teaching strategy.
