As 134 countries establish 500 Confucius Institutes and 1000 Confucius Classrooms on December 1,2015, which make the phenomenan "Chinese hot" more popular.The international promotion of the Chinese language has started since 1950, and now has gone through 65 years,attarned remarkable achievements, especially in the efforts of chinese enthusiast, the international promotion of Chinese language has been in full swing, has made a huge achievement.However, the Chinese made great achievements in the promotion and also hides a big problem, in short, the achievements and shortcomings coexist, has been the three aspects, namely teacher, textbook and teaching methodology can not be ignored, and the "teachers’ problem" is of paramount importance, on the one hand, the number of teachers is insufficiency, on the other hand, the quality of teachers is not high-level, both of which severely slow down the pace of Chinese language promotion. Thus the government encourages some universities which have established the major MTCSOL to expand the number of recruit students to ease the phenomenon, however, this policy did not solve the problem of insufficient teachers, but emerge the unbalanced situation that MTCSOL Graduates Employment is difficulty and it is very hard for them to carry on the job teaching foreigners chinese.Through further exploration of this contradiction, this thesis try to find the reason resulting in the phenomenan, then take some countermeasures to solve it, and hope to ease the problem of MTCSOL Graduates Employment to some extent. In this case, the work of international promotion of Chinese language obtain more number of teachers who have professional quality, resulting in the fact that normal development of the international promotion of Chinese language is in the healthy track,.Only by doing it we could make the country’s national industry bigger and stronger. |
