Under the background of the vigorous development of MTCSOL,this paper probes into the contradiction and the cause of its formation between the actual low-counterpart employment trend,the training setup and the market demand of the MTCSOL.Through a questionnaire survey on individual subjective aspects,such as students’ attitude towards employment planning,as well as interviews with scholars from objective aspects such as the cultivation of colleges and universities affecting employment,and the market situation at home and abroad.And using the contrast method,tries to get some enlightenment from the requirement of NBPTS for excellent teachers to cultivate excellent Chinese teachers and MTCSOL.It is found that the objective reasons such as the domestic and foreign employment market environment and the development of discipline training affect the students’employment concept and final employment choice.The author puts forward that students should improve their initiative in employment,and the training of colleges and universities should be guided by demand.The State perfect the establishment of the Confucius Institute headquarters and set up a committee on teaching standards for MTCSOL.The aim of this paper is to alleviate the difficulty of employment for MTCSOL graduates,to reduce the waste of national resources and talents,and to promote the healthy development of MTCSOL. |
