Objective: To evaluate the quality of life of patients with vitiligo in Ningxia area by SF-36,and to find out the influencing factors for the quality of life for patients with vitiligo,To provide the basis for clinical comprehensive treatment of vitiligoResearch methods(1)Using Self-designed questionnaire for vitiligo and SF-36 health survey questionnaire in Chinese(translated by Department of Social Medicine,Zhejiang University School of Medicine in1991)to conduct a questionnaire survey for 400 vitiligo patients and 400 healthy person.To find out the influenced factors by statistical analysis of the data.(2)The database was established by using WPS table,and Statistical analysis was used by SPSS 24 software.T test and LSD analysis were used to compare the indexes.Results(1)Among 400 patients with vitiligo,there were 193 males and 207 females,male: female =0.93: 1.There was no significant difference among of them.The age rang was from 14 to 60 years,with an average age of 32.67 ±14.05 years.Among the patients with vitiligo,237 cases were in progressing period(59.25%)and 163 cases were in stable period(40.75%).Among the patients with vitiligo,the acral type was 158 cases,accounting for 39.5%,and the other 242 cases accounted for 60.5%.(2)The scores of vitiligo patients were lower than the healthy people.Except for PF,the other dimensions scores were significantly different from those in the healthy group(P<0.05)Different of sex,age,and the activity of vitiligo were related to the quality of life of the patients with vitiligo.Conclusion(1)The patients with vitiligo are affected in physiology psychology,social and emotional life,their quality of life decrease in varing degrees.(2)Sex,age,disease activity and site of disease all may affects of the patients with vitiligo.
