| Objective1. ShuGanQuBai Decoction is the experience medicine that after long-term clinical validation by our section for treating Liver-qi Stagnation of vitiligo, the study was designed to investigate the clinical efficacy of ShuGanQuBai Decoction combined with NB-UVB treeating Liver-qi Stagnation of vitiligo of face and neck. Evaluating the exact effect and safety of Integrative Medicine program in clinical practice in the treatment of Liver-qi Stagnation of vitiligo of face and neck.2. Investigating on quality of life of patients who suffers from Face and neck vitiligo, evaluating the changes in the quality of life of patients before and after treatment.MethodsSelect a total of 90 cases eligible patients with vitiligo in clinic, which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 1, control group 2, the number in each group were 30 people. The treatment group cured with oral medicine ShuGanQuBai Decoction (A dose one day), external use Xiaoban tincture(Outside the rub in white at the morning and evening) and NB-UVB radiation (Starting dose of 0.05J/cm2, after each increment 0.01J/cm2, two times a week). Control group 1 cured with NB-UVB radiation and external use Xiaoban tincture(Method with the treatment group);control group 2 cured with ShuGanQuBai Decoction and external use Xiaoban tincture(Method with the treatment group). Each group treated for 12 weeks in a row, after 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks were recorded white area, and fill out the "Dermatology Life Quality Index questionnaire", respectively, before and after treatment.Results1. After 4 weeks treatment, the difference was not statistically significant between treatment group and control group 1 (p>0.05), there were significant differences between the treatment group and control group 2 (p<0.05), After 8 weeks treatment, treatment group and control group 1 difference was not statistically significant efficacy (p>0.05).there were significant differences between the control group 2 (p<0.05), the control group 1 and the control group 2 difference was not statistically significant efficacy (p>0.05).After 12 weeks treatment, treatment group and control group 1 difference was statistically significant efficacy (p<0.05).difference efficacy between the control group 1 and the control group 2 was statistically significant (p<0.05).the control group 1 and the control group 2 difference was not statistically significant efficacy (p>0.05)2. The DLQI score before treatment of 83 vitiligo patients was 9.17± 3.662 points, Treatment group DLQI score 8.61±3.695 points, control group 1 DLQI score 9.29±4.026 points, control group 2 DLQI score 9.63±3.272 points. DLQI scores after treatment fall than before the treatment, the treatment group DLQI score 3.61±2.644 points, control group 1 DLQI score 6.89 ±3.573 points, control group 2 DLQI score 5.26±2.581 points. After further treatment among the three groups of patients DLQI score multiple comparisons (LSD method), There are significant differences among the three groups (p<0.05)Conclusion1. After 4 weeks of treatment, using combination therapy and using NB-UVB as effective as treatment. And the effects are better than oral medicine group. After 8 weeks of treatment using combination therapy more effective than oral medicine group, But not superior to NB-UVB group. After 12 weeks of treatment using the combination therapy method more effective than NB-UVB group and oral medicine group, The NB-UVB group and oral medicine group have considerable effect.2. There are Considerable impact on quality of life of patients of Face and neck vitiligo, Using combination therapy, NB-UVBtreatment or oral medicine treatment can improve the quality of life of patients, Treatment group is better than the control group 1 and control group 2 in improving the quality of life, Control group 2 improved quality of life better than the control group 1. |
