Research On The Evaluation Index System Of The Investment Environment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Services In The “Belt And Road” Countries

The implementation of the "Belt and Road" strategy has provided a significant historical opportunity for overseas investment in the health care service industry of Traditional Chinese medicine.The international investment in the health care service industry of TCM has entered a golden era.However,there is no relevant research on the evaluation of the investment environment of TCM health service industry in China and abroad,and the risk of investment can not be effectively evaluated.Objectives:the purpose of this study is to establish an evaluation index system for the investment environment of TCM health service of the countries along "Belt and Road".This research can enrich the research content of TCM health service industry,broaden the research directions for TCM health service industry,and provide reference for the internationalization of TCM.At the same time,the research results can provide some suggestions for the overseas investment of TCM health service,and promote the internationalization process of TCM health industry.Methods:Firstly,analyzing the evaluation elements of the investment environment of TCM health service in countries along"Belt and Road"by literature research,constructed the framework of evaluation index,and selected and formulated the evaluation index of the investment environment of TCM health service of the countries along the"Belt and Road".Secondly,on the basis of experts' opinions collected by focus group,the index was revised.Thirdly,according to the index of focus group interview,the expert questionnaire was designed,and experts were selected to mark the importance of the index by Delphic method.According to the full mark rate,average,coefficient of variation,total core of each index.The evaluation index of the investment environment of TCM health service was finally determined.Fourthly,use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to determine the weights of all levels of indicators to ultimately form the investment environment evaluation index system of TCM health service of the countries along "Belt and Road".Results:(1)Through literature research,we have identified the elements of the investment environment of TCM health service of the countries along"Belt and Road":the element of economy and market,the element of population,the element of politics and law,the element of culture and education,the element of medical and health,the element of basic establishment and the element of natural geography.(2)using literature research method,focus group method and Delphi method synthetically,the evaluation index of the investment environment of TCM health service of the "Belt and Road "countries has been determined.In the first step,seven first-level indicators and 48 second-level indicators are determined by using the method of literature research.In the second step,the focus group method is used to preliminarily screen the indicators,retaining all the first-level indicators,and merging,modifying or deleting some second-level indicators.Seven first-level indicators and 42 second-level indicators are obtained.In the third,Delphic method was used to further screen the indicators.In the first round,we selected 7 first level indicators and 35 second-level indicators.The second round Delphic method screened 7 first level indicators and 30 two level indicators,and finally determined the TCM health service investment environment evaluation index system of the countries along the "Belt and Road".(3)Through the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the evaluation index system of the investment environment of TCM health service of the countries along the "Belt and Road"was finally obtained.Conclusions:According to the research results,we put forward suggestions of overseas investment of TCM health service of the countries along the "Belt and Rrad":(1)Objectively assess the investment environment to reduce the losses caused by blind investment.(2)Pay attention to the self-construction of TCM health service industry.(3)Create a brand of health service of traditional Chinese medicine.(4)Strengthen policy support for overseas investment in TCM health services.(5)Deepen the cooperation and enhance the international status of traditional Chinese medicine.(6)Establish a sound investment risk response strategy.
