Objective:To observe the curative effect of Electro acupuncture of neurogenic bladder urinary retention after intermittent catheterization in the treatment of spinal cord injury, and further explore its therapeutic mechanism, to enhance the effect of clinical rehabilitation after spinal cord injury in patients with neurogenic bladder and the quality of life and provide feasible scheme.Method:Will be confirmed for completeness of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury urinary retention of 60 patients, according to random number table method is divided into two groups:treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. Treatment group will cooperate with intermittent catheterization method treatment, the control group only treated with intermittent catheterization method, total treatment for 6 weeks, before and after treatment check urine dynamics is adopted to measure the residual urine volume, bladder pressure measurement and evaluation of bladder volume balance.Results:(1) in 60 patients, two groups of patients with age, sex, site of injury were statistically analyzed before treatment, found no statistically significant (P>0.05). (2) the two groups before treatment, residual urine volume, bladder pressure volume comparison of P>0.05, found no statistically significant; comparability. The treatment group before and after the treatment project comparison of P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, that electro acupuncture intermittent catheterization can reduce the residual urine volume, increase the bladder capacity comparison of P< 0.05; the control group before and after the residual urine volume, there is statistical significance, bladder pressure volume comparison of P>0.05, no significant difference, indicating the simple batch catheterization for bladder volume change is not very obvious increase. The two group after treatment, residual urine volume between group P< 0.05, indicating a decrease in residual urine volume in treatment group than in control group. (3) the two groups after treatment of bladder function equilibrium cases compared with rank sum test, there were statistically significant (P <0.05), note the treatment group and the control group were obviously improved balance of bladder function, significantly better than the control group but the efficacy of the treatment group.Conclusions:1 electro acupuncture intermittent catheterization for the treatment of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury urinary retention is safe and effective.2 electro acupuncture intermittent catheterization treatment can reduce the residual urine volume of patients, improve the maximum bladder volume, promote bladder balance function state.
