With the current obstacles caused by China’s passive medical service model for treatment of hypertension, and the opportunities brought by the development of Mobile-health technologies, this research analyzed the related researches and development status.Then a brand-new Mobile-health service system based on wearable blood pressure monitor and O2 O interaction was provided, which was initiative, efficient, and full of customization experience. This system could break down the barriers existing originally among hypertension patients, doctors, and family members effectively, improve the life quality of hypertension patients and boost career fulfillment of doctors.Then based on service design methodology, gathering the needs and expectations for hypertension service of community doctors, hypertension patients and patients’ children through User interviews. And then a service requirement model and User Personas were established through the analysis and classification of the user’ needs by using KANO model. It dicoveried that children and patients tend to get the sense of security and participation from getting help in awareness of disease and treatment and health management assistant, while in order to obtain occupation accomplishment, the community doctors were more inclined to improve work efficiency and effectiveness and develop their professional level through providing targeted treatment intervention services more timely with the help of system.Finally based on the displaying of service blueprint, building a service system framework and designing a family editions of APP prototype which served the patients and their childen, included the basic functions of continuous blood pressure monitoring and evaluation、health management and interactive communication,a professional edition of APP prototype which served community doctors, included the basic functions of risk warning 、 patient information management and personalized treatment assistant. And then it got good feedback by the satisfaction evaluation on several basic tasks of hypertension service above.
