Clinical Research Of Qingfeitongqiao Drink In The Treatment Of Childrend’s Acute Rhinosinusitis (the Type Of Stagnated Fire Of Lung Channel)

Objectives:1.To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Qingfeitongqiao Drink in treatment of children with acute rhinosinusitis(the Type of stagnated fire of lung channel)and to evaluate its effectiveness and safety objectively.2.To explore Qingfeitongqiao Drink influence on MTT of children with acute rhinosinusitis and effect on nasal mucous cilia transmission function.Provide the basis for its curative effect.Approaches:Adopting randomized-controlled trial,60 children’ cases of the Type of stagnated fire of lung channel acute sinusitis were divided into “Qingfeitongqiao Drink treatment group(30 cases)and “Biyuan wan ” control group(30 cases),consecutive application respectively for 2 weeks.Observe the effective rate,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medical and MTT.Then make a statistical analysis of all test data with statistical software SPSS22.0.Results:(1)the effective rate of the treatment group and contract group are 93.33% and 70.00% respectively.30 cases in the treatment roup,11 cases of well-healed,markedly effective in 8cases,effective in 9cases.30 cases in the control roup,8 cases of well-healed,markedly effective in 8cases,effective in 5 cases.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(p<0.05).(2)There is significant difference in the symptom scoret of nasal obstruction,nasal discharge,dry stool,and headache of the two groups after 2-week treatment(p<0.05).But there was no obvious difference in the symptom score of fever,hyposmia and thick viscous phlegm(p>0.05).The curative effect of two groups is equal.(3)the MTT of the treatment group and contract group are(579.17 ±79.668)and(664.77±111.194)respectively.There is significant difference in MTT of the two groups after 2-week treatment(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Qingfeitongqiao Drink is better than biyuanwan in clinical effect on the treatment of the Type of stagnated fire of lung channel acute sinusitis of children,and have no obvious adverse reactions.2.Qingfeitongqiao Drink have more advantages on the improvement of nasal obstruction,nasal discharge,dry stool,and headache.However there was no difference in the symptom score of fever,hyposmia and thick viscous phlegm.3.the MTT of Qingfeitongqiao Drink is better than Biyuan wan.The mechanism of Qingfeitongqiao Drink therapy in children with acute rhinosinusitis may be improve the transmission function of nasal mucociliary,thus promot the excretion of nasal secretions and Improve the function of nasal ventilation.
