Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Anus Carbuncle of the FirePoision Accumulate Knot type Treated with Away Carbuncle Drink. Methods:60patientswho are accord with the diagnosis standard were randomly divided into two groups:30patients in the treatment group which were treated with traditional Chinese medicine ofAway Carbuncle Drink and eat antibiotics;30cases in the contronl group which weretreated with eat antibiotics only.We take six days for one period,and evaluate according toobserving the local pain,the size and the texture of the tumor,and the patients’systemicsymptom.Results:The total effective rate was86.67%in treatment group and70%incontrol group.We compared the total curative effect with the two groups,they had thesignificant difference(P<0.05),and the curative effect of treatment group was obviouslyhigher than those in the control group.The major clinical signs and symptoms of thetreatment group improved significantly better than the control group, the two groups hadsignificant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Away Carbuncle Drink andantibiotics compared with eat antibiotics only could obviously reduce the patients withpain and systemic symptom,and could make the early tumor dissipated or becamesmall.And the patients who were treated with eat antibiotics only although could ease thepain and the systemic symptom,but made the early tumor fibrosis,harden,difficult todissipated and assimilated. The Fire Poision Accumulate Knot type Treated with AwayCarbuncle Drink had dramatically curative effect,and which provided the basis for futureclinical treats.
