Clinical Observation Of Xiaoer Biyanxiao Mixture In The Treatment Of Children With Allergic Rhinitis(Stagnated Heat Of Lung Channel )

Objective: This topic is to observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoer Biyanxiao mixture in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis and stagnated heat of lung channel.Including the prognosis of children’s symptoms and signs after taking medicine,recurrence rate,etc.,based on this analysis and summary,to provide new ideas for treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: A total of 60 children with allergic rhinitis and stagnated heat of lung channel in the pediatric clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given the oral treatment of Xiaoer Biyanxiao mixture,and the control group was given the oral treatment of Tongqiaobiyan tablet.The treatment time was 14 days,1 course of treatment,during which parents were taught to carry out basic maintenance on the children.The symptoms of the children were quantitatively scored before,after and 3 months after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was objectively evaluated through data analysis.Results: After a course of treatment for 14 days,the total effective rate of Xiaoer Biyanxiao mixture in the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of Tongqiaobiyan tablet in the control group(83.33%).It shows that the overall efficacy of Xiaoer Biyanxiao mixture is better.In addition,it is superior to Tongqiaobiyan tablet in improving the main symptoms,signs and general conditions of concurrent symptoms,and improving the individual conditions of main symptoms and partial concurrent symptoms(except dry mouth,tiredness and heat,dry stool).The recurrence rate of Xiaoer Biyanxiao mixture was lower in the treatment group at 3 months after the course of treatment.Conclusion: Xiaoer Biyanxiao Mixture is superior to Tongqiaobiyan tablet in short-term efficacy of relieving symptoms and long-term efficacy of preventing recurrence in children with allergic rhinitis with stagnated heat of lung channel,and it is safe and can be applied to clinical practice.
