PCT,CRP,IL-6 On The Clinical Value Of Early Diagnosis Of Strangulated Intestinal Obstruction

Objective:The effects of PCT,CRP,IL-6 in the early diagnosis of strangulated intestinal obstruction,guide the clinical early diagnosis and treatment of strangulated intestinal obstruction.Methods:Retrospective analysis of gastrointestinal surgery,the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2015-2017 years of clinical diagnosis(discharge diagnosis)for 100 cases of intestinal obstruction were analyzed,the selected cases were consistent with the clinical manifestations,laboratory and imaging examination diagnosis standard(see into standard).According to the 100 cases of intestinal obstruction were divided into simple intestinal obstruction group,strangulated intestinal obstruction group on admission abdominal X-ray,white blood cells and serum PCT,CRP,IL-6(acute infection three)to compare the value of analysis,research in PCT,CRP,IL-6 in the early diagnosis of strangulated intestinal obstruction clinical value drag in.The data is analyzed by SPSS19.0,and the conclusion is obtained.Results:A retrospective analysis of 52 cases of simple intestinal obstruction group,48 cases of strangulated intestinal obstruction.There was no significant difference in age,sex,education,nationality,abdominal symptoms in the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.Strangulated intestinal obstruction patient WBC level and simple intestinal obstruction group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Strangulated intestinal obstruction patient on admission abdominal X-ray and simple intestinal obstruction group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Strangulated intestinal obstruction patients on admission PCT levels were significantly higher than that of simple intestinal obstruction group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Strangulated intestinal obstruction patients on admission CRP levels were significantly higher than that of simple intestinal obstruction group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Strangulated intestinal obstruction in patients with IL levels at admission and simple intestinal obstruction group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:PCT,CRP in the early diagnosis of strangulated intestinal obstruction has certain significance,may be a sensitive index for early diagnosis of strangulated intestinal obstruction,can guide the clinical early diagnosis of strangulated intestinal obstruction.
